VP for Operations BUTCH ABALON, CSP is currently attending the Master in National Security Administration Program Regular Class 46, a unique post graduate program which educates future national strategic leaders from the various sectors of society on the aspects of national defense and security. 

Offered only at the National Defense College of the Philippines, a bureau under the Department of National Defense, the MNSA program is a highly coveted course where admission alone is an honor.   

VP ABALON is also the elected class president of MNSA Regular Class 46 whose members currently hold lofty positions in the national & local government, judiciary, military, police, the private sector and foreign allied military (India and Malaysia).

December 05, 2009 - Clark Air Base, Pampanga
CTK Inc. recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Philippine Air Force to become a reservist unit of the PAF Reserve Command.

Shown signing the MOA is LIEUTENANT GENERAL OSCAR H. RABENA, AFP, Commanding General of the PAF.  Looking on as primary witnesses were BRIGADIER GENERAL ALEJANDRO T. CAMAGAY, Jr. AFP and CTK Vice President for Operations Mr. EDGAR ALLAN C. ABALON, CSP.

CTK, as a reservist unit, will be designated as a Transportation Security Group under the 3rd Air Force Reserve Center of the PAF Reserve Command.

Our armored vehicles easily resists projectile impacts from 5.56mm-calibered rifles and 7.62 NATO chambered rifles using NIJ Testing Parameter Standards.

TEAM CTK bagged more awards during the Maharlika Shrine Oasis-sponsored Fun Shootfest 2008, held at the Department of National Defense Firing Range.

CTK Officers led by Director EVAN S. CHAM recently attended the ASIAN SECURITEX 2008 CONFERENCE held at the Hongkong Convention and Exhibition Centre. 

Themed as ADAPTING TO CHANGE: CHALLENGES and OPPORTUNITIES, the conference covered a wide array of security-related topics ably discussed by globally-renowned practitioners.
